If you are looking for a custom made piece for a special occasion, we ask that you give at least 3 months from first consultation to delivery, longer if possible. Delivery services are so unpredictable these days and we may need to order materials and we would prefer to err on the side of too much time that be caught for time because of services that are out of our hands.

How to look after your hat, hatinator, mask or cuff.
Wildly Created one of a kind hats, hatinators, masks and cuffs are all handmade in Ireland to the highest standard and must be treated with appreciation, love and care.

Always handle your hat by the brim.

When not in use, always store your hat in a hat box, just like when you received it, to help retain its shape, to avoid dust build up, odour accumulation and staining.

Store the hat in a dark, dry place and avoid sun for prolonged periods to avoid fading.

Avoid rain or drizzle as these can ruin its shape and colour.

Be careful when handling or putting on your accessory to avoid misshaping or damaging the trim. It would be a shame if you damaged your treasure or had bent feathers.

Give your accessory the occasional light dusting with a feather duster or a strip of sellotape around the hand to remove fluff and bits.
Remember to always be gentle!!!
