If you are having an outfit made by a dressmaker, we can use some of the same fabric to make your accessory.

***CARE OF YOUR FASCINATOR***

This is a feather and fabric headpiece and should be kept dry. Excessive exposure to direct sunlight may damage the fibres over time. When not in use, it is best kept in its box unless you wish to use it as an ornamental piece.

As genuine craftswomen and artisans, all our items are lovingly handmade from start to finish, so no two hats will ever be exactly the same, ensuring you receive a unique piece of art! They are NOT covered cheap hat bases, but handmade using our own designed paper patterns, materials and techniques. Every pattern piece is cut out and put together by hand.

***HOW TO WEAR YOUR HAT***

All of our fascinators are supplied with an Alice band.

***SHIPPING***

All our products are shipped in protective packaging. Our headpieces are presented in a suitable box (and then wrapped in protective wrapping).

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please check if and how the new Brexit shipping changes may affect you.
