Felted Scarf Heath and Heather
Heath and Heather wet felted and beaded merino wool scarf. This is soft and warm pure merino and Galway sheeps wool accessory. Magenta, purple, silver grey and pinks. The brooch is made from a matching recycled silk sari ribbon with silver coloured flower centre, metal brooch back and filigree leaves. 98% wool 2% sabra and silk. The scarf is hand beaded along the sabra silk threads. Up to 20cm long matching hand dyed Wensleydale wool locks along one front edge.

Scarf: soft merino wool, carded Galway sheeps wool, sabra silk threads, hand dyed Wensleydale curls, glass and crystal beads, brooch: recycled silk sari ribbon, metal filigree leaves, silver coloured brooch pin, beads.
***CARE OF YOUR WOOLLENS***
This is a wool product and should be kept dry. Wool is a breathable sustainable fibre. It is naturally Hypo-Allergenic: while some people say they are allergic; it is more likely their skin is sensitive to the fibre ends. Wool keeps itself clean and is naturally stain and wrinkle resistant. Air woollen items for an hour or so after storage to dispel any odours. Try to spot clean where possible. If you need to wash it, place in a bowl of cool water with a drop of washing liquid or one suitable for wool. Rinse a few times to remove any soap. You can add a few drops of lavender essential oil to the final rinse to help dispel moths. Roll up in a towel and gently squeeze out excess water. Dry flat on a towel or hang out when not too wet. Never wring or treat it roughly. Never dry clean. Do not iron. When not in use, keep your woollen garments in a cotton bag to protect from moths. Be gentle with them.

***HOW TO WEAR YOUR SCARF***
Your one of a kind wet felted scarf comes with its own brooch. You can of course use any form of closure that suits. Depending on the style, it can be folded to form a collar, scrunched up around your neck, wrapped over itself… you decide how to wear it. Over a polo neck, a linen top or dress, over a blouse or sweater. It is a versatile, breathable, sustainable accessory.

All our products are shipped in protective packaging. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday or a Tuesday if it is a Bank Holiday.
